Paid Professional Development
With so many career options in front of you, it can be confusing to know what path to take. We've been in that position too, and that's why we sit down with you and explore all of your options. We will pay for all of your courses and exams, such as the Core Knowledge Examination (CKE) and the Uniform Final Examination (UFE), because we are committed to your professional development. If you want to specialize, we'll also help you obtain your CBV, CFP or any other advanced designations. Instead of worrying where your rent or food money is going to come from, you can simply focus on your studies.
Mentoring
SR&G offers two mentoring programs to help out our younger staff members by providing knowledge, guidance and emotional support. First, each staff member has a ”partner mentor.” In a series of meetings over the course of the year, each staff member will get support and learn the business directly from one of our experienced partners.
Second, CA students have the opportunity to learn from the experiences of our fresh UFE graduates. Each SR&G student is assigned a UFE mentor. These mentors will guide their preparation and answer any questions they have, from writing exams to the day-to-day details of working at SR&G. Through peer feedback and review, you will develop new skills and build your body of knowledge while learning the art of public accounting.

Flexible Hours
We know you have a life outside of work. And when a medical, dental or family emergency crops up, we understand. That’s why there’s no clock-punching here. As long as you’re at work between 9:15 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to serve our clients, you can come in earlier, stay later, and tailor your schedule according to what suits you best.
