Extended Health Care
Our employees receive access to prescription drugs, medical equipment such as crutches, braces, orthopedics and hearing aids, plus $750 per year towards professional services including chiropractors, message therapists and psychologists.
Dental Care
Our employees enjoy coverage for basic and supplementary services up to $1,500 per calendar year.
Employee Life Insurance
In the event of unfortunate circumstances, feel secure knowing you'll leave a substantial legacy behind. Your beneficiaries will receive twice your annual earnings, up to a maximum of $100,000.
Dependent Life Insurance
We support our SR&G family, emotionally and financially. If you lose a family member we'll respect your privacy and create a window of space and support. You will also receive $5,000 for the loss of spouse, or $2,500 for the loss of each dependent child.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment
Disasters strike. You don't deserve to be penalized. In the event you permanently lose speech, hearing, or use of an arm, hand or leg, you will receive double your annual earnings, up to a maximum of $100,000.
Long Term Disability
If you become totally disabled while insured, we'll help you continue to support your family. You'll receive two-thirds of your monthly earnings, up to a maximum of $5,000, until age 65.
